For the 21st time International festival Jazzkaar will present the best sounds of today’s jazz to Estonian jazz-lovers. More than 40 concert during 10 days with performers from Europe, America and Asia. The headliners of Jazzkaar 2010 are highly acclaimed jazz vocalist Dianne Reeves (USA), the legendary keyboard wizard George Duke (USA), the open-minded bassist and composer Avishai Cohen (Israel) and the Spanish new fusion-flamenco star Concha Buika.

Jazzkaar begins its Autumn Season with the traditional concert at the beautiful Kadrioru Palace Flower Garden. This time different generations are paying homage to Estonian favorite composer Raimond Valgre.

The grand finale of the Jazzkaar spring season takes place in cooperation with Jazz’n’Motion concert series on May 21st in the warm and sunny Lillepaviljon! On stage will be the beloved Finnish experimentalist jazz and techno trio RinneRadio and the hit of Tallinn Music Week Kirtana Rasa.

JAZZKAAR 2009 - 20 years of music!
This year the Tallinn International Festival Jazzkaar celebrates its 20th birthday. From April 18th to 26th musicians from 17 countries will perform at 32 concerts in Tallinn. In addition to Tallinn concerts will also be taking place in Tartu, Pärnu, Viljandi, Otepää and other locations of Estonia.
