One of the most outstanding Estonian pianists Kristjan Randalu is conquering new territories in contemporary jazz with his international ensemble Limes Occidentalis. A similar past connects the group – being born in one culture space, going abroad, and communicating globally in the language of music. The pianist creates a new programme for the quintet with themes focusing on topical events relating to refugees moving to Europe.
